Terms, privacy, risk, and cookies.
Legal
Terms of use
These terms govern your use of Caldwell Fox Capital websites, the login, the account, and related services. Read them before you open an account. Crypto and stock trading can result in the loss of some or all of your capital.
Legal
Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Caldwell Fox Capital collects, why we use it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and the rights you may have. It applies to our websites, login, account, and help centre.
Legal
Risk disclosures
Trading crypto assets and equities can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Read this with the Terms of Use. The first-deposit refund is the only refund programme we put on the site.
Legal
Cookies
We use a session cookie and a small profile cookie so the site knows who you are. That is required for login.
Open, fund, withdraw, and leave.
Your account
First-deposit refund
If the first deposit does not profit, you get that amount back. Not a coupon. Not store credit. Later deposits are ordinary trading.
Your account
Opening an account
Personal or business. Email confirmation first. Then identity. Then your agent on the first deposit.
Your account
Identity checks
We need to know who holds the account before payouts can leave. The document must match the name you registered.
Your account
Deposits
Fund in the currency you picked. Crypto and bank wires post to the same ledger. Wait for coordinates before you send.
Your account
Withdrawals
Payouts stay pending until a person reviews them. We send to the bank or wallet we can match to you.
Your account
Closing an account
Ask your agent. We settle or return what we can lawfully send, then the login is disabled.
How Caldwell Fox Capital is set up.
The desk
About Caldwell Fox Capital
A private desk for individuals and businesses. Crypto and stocks on one book. One agent on every account.
The desk
How the venue works
Open an account, confirm email, complete identity, fund the first deposit with your agent, then the book is yours to hold or leave.
The desk
Security
Passwords are hashed. Email must be confirmed. Authenticator apps are supported. Payouts do not leave without a person.
The desk
Status
Site, login, matching, and market data. If something is down, this page will say so in plain language.
The desk
Careers
We hire people who have sat a book, moved wires, or built the systems under them. Write to the desk if that is you.
The desk
API access
Institutional accounts can ask for keys. We do not hand out production access from a form.
The desk
Affiliate programme
Send people. Earn on settled volume. They get one agent and the same first-deposit rule. You get a named contact.
Crypto, stocks, and the book.
Markets
Bitcoin
The largest crypto asset by market value. Spot holdings sit on the desk book beside cash and other names.
Markets
Ethereum
A smart-contract network and a traded asset. Only hold it here if it is on the list your agent shows.
Markets
Solana
A high-throughput crypto network. Availability on the desk depends on whether we can actually make a market in it.
Markets
US stocks
Cash names next to crypto in the same account. New York hours for the cash tape. Crypto still runs after the close.
Markets
Asset list
We list what we can actually make a market in. A form does not get you a ticker. The live markets table is the source of truth.
Markets
Spot holdings
Spot means you hold the name on the desk ledger. There is no retail leverage product on this book.
Markets
OTC size
Tickets that would move a public book can be taken upstairs. You get a quote. You lift it or you walk.
Markets
Tokenization
A stock or fund share represented as a crypto name so it can print when the cash tape is closed.
Markets
Staking
Selected proof-of-stake names only if we actually run them. The desk shows the rate. You can ask to pull out.
Plain-language explainers.
Learn
What is cryptocurrency?
A bearer asset on a public ledger. You can hold it and send it. The tape does not close. That is the trick, and the risk.
Learn
What are smart contracts?
Programs that hold assets and move them when conditions hit. Useful. Also a way to lose coins to a bug.
Learn
What is tokenization?
Taking a traditional asset and representing it as a crypto token so it can move on a ledger, sometimes outside cash-market hours.
