Identity checks
We need to know who holds the account before payouts can leave. The document must match the name you registered.
What to send
A government-issued photo ID and the address as it appears on that file or a supporting statement. For a company, incorporation and ownership papers as your agent lists them.
What we do with it
The image is stored on the desk for AML and record-keeping. Access is limited. Retention is described in the Privacy Policy.
If it does not match
We can freeze funding or close the account. Ask your agent if a new scan is needed rather than sending a different name.
