What we are
Caldwell Fox Capital runs a dedicated-agent desk. Personal investors and company treasuries use the same model: one person on the file, one ledger, and a first-deposit refund if that first credit does not show a profit.
What sits on the book
Spot crypto names and US stock names can sit in the same account. Cash wallets may be held in USD, EUR, GBP, and CAD. Live prices appear on screen. The ledger you see is the desk book, not a public exchange matching engine.
How access is split
The public site, the login, the app, and this help centre sit on separate hosts. Client sessions last six hours. Nobody is assigned an agent until the email on the account is confirmed.
