The desk
How the venue works
Open an account, confirm email, complete identity, fund the first deposit with your agent, then the book is yours to hold or leave.
Open
Register with an email and password. Confirm the inbox. Choose a personal or business account. Until email is confirmed, the desk will not assign you.
Identity
Give the name and address as they appear on a government ID and upload that document. We store it on the desk. If the file does not match, funding and payouts stay blocked.
Fund
Your agent tells you the first-deposit range and the rail. Do not send until they confirm the coordinates. The first deposit is the one covered by the refund rule.
Hold and leave
After that, conversions and later deposits follow ordinary book rules. You can ask to leave at any time. Payouts wait for a person on the desk.
